These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Tech-Hub Horizon SRL ("Operator", "we") and any person who accesses or uses the VladAI mobile application ("Application") and the services made available through it ("Services"). The Terms apply regardless of whether the user accesses the Application as a visitor, a registered user, or through any other access method provided by the Application.
By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account, logging in, and/or using the Application, you expressly confirm that:
• you have read these Terms in full;
• you understand their content and legal effects;
• you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with them throughout your use of the Application.
If you do not agree, in whole or in part, with these Terms, you must stop accessing or using the Application and the Services and, where applicable, uninstall the Application.
If you use the Application on behalf of another person or entity (for example, as a representative, delegate, or authorized person), you declare and warrant that:
• you have the necessary legal authority to act on behalf of that person/entity in relation to the use of the Application and Services;
• where applicable, you are authorized to accept these Terms and provide any necessary information, including personal data, on behalf of that person/entity;
• you will ensure that any such use is carried out in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are supplemented by the VladAI Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of the relationship between the user and the Operator with regard to the processing of personal data.
VladAI is a mobile travel planning and travel assistant application designed to support users in the process of obtaining information and planning tourist activities. Through the Application, users can access features that facilitate discovering locations and organizing a visit plan, based on the preferences entered by the user and the content available in the Application.
The Application may provide information and suggestions regarding:
• tourist attractions, cultural objectives, and points of interest;
• restaurants and food & beverage locations;
• accommodation options or recommended accommodation areas;
• activities, experiences, and other relevant recommendations for trip planning.
The information provided is indicative in nature and is offered for informational purposes only, depending on data availability and how the user formulates requests or preferences within the Application.
The Application allows the display of certain locations and points of interest on a map, as well as their visualization in relation to generated itineraries or suggested routes. The map functionality is intended exclusively for orientation and planning purposes. The Operator does not guarantee that:
• all displayed locations are complete or up to date at all times;
• the exact location, schedule, or availability of a location is accurate in all situations.
The Application may generate personalized travel itineraries, including proposed activities organized by days and/or time intervals, based on:
• information provided by the user (e.g., city, duration, preferences);
• the internal logic of the automated systems used by the Application.
The itineraries are indicative proposals intended to support trip planning. Users should independently verify essential or time-sensitive details (for example schedules, access conditions, fees, availability, restrictions, weather conditions, and safety information) before acting on them.
Generated itineraries may be saved and associated with the user's account, allowing the user to access them later, review, modify, or reuse them, depending on the functionalities available in the Application.
This functionality requires the storage of itineraries and related information in the Operator's databases, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided in their current form at the time of use ("as is" / "as available"), and the Operator reserves the right to:
• update, modify, improve, or remove certain functionalities;
• introduce technical limitations (for example, based on capacity, maintenance, or updates);
• temporarily or permanently suspend certain services for technical, legal, or commercial reasons.
Any changes will be handled in accordance with the provisions of Section 10 of these Terms.
The VladAI Application and the Services provided through it are not intended for children under the age of 16.
By accessing and using the Application, the user declares and warrants that they are at least 16 years old. If the user is between 16 and 18 years old, they may use the Application only to the extent permitted by applicable law and, where required, with the involvement or authorization of a parent or legal guardian.
If a user has not reached the age of 16, they are not authorized to use the Application, create an account, or access the Services.
The Operator reserves the right to take reasonable measures to verify compliance with these requirements and to restrict, suspend, or close accounts for which there are reasonable indications that they belong to individuals who do not meet the eligibility conditions set out in this section, to the extent permitted by law.
If you are a parent or legal representative and believe that a child under the age of 16 has created an account or provided data through the Application, please contact us at vladairomania@gmail.com so that we may take the necessary measures, including deleting the account and/or associated data, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legislation.
To access and use certain functionalities of the VladAI Application (including generating and saving itineraries), creating a user account is required. During the registration process, the user may be asked to provide information such as: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and general location (country/city). The Operator may also request additional information necessary for the operation of the Application, depending on the evolution of the services and the functionalities implemented.
By creating an account, the user declares and warrants that all information provided is true, accurate, complete, and up to date, and undertakes to keep it updated whenever relevant changes occur. The user understands that providing incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may affect the operation of the Application and may lead to limiting access to the Services.
The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account, including:
• use of the Application's functionalities;
• generation, saving, and modification of itineraries;
• any actions performed by a person who gains access to the account, with or without the user's consent, as a result of the user's negligence in protecting access credentials.
The user undertakes to keep authentication credentials confidential and to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to the account. In particular, the user shall not disclose access credentials to third parties and shall not allow other persons to use their account.
If the user suspects or becomes aware of:
• unauthorized access to the account;
• use of the account without permission;
• any security incident that could compromise the account,
the user undertakes to inform us without delay at the following email address: vladairomania@gmail.com, so that we may take available reasonable measures (for example, incident investigation, access restriction, security recommendations). The Operator cannot be held liable for damages caused by the user's failure to notify within a reasonable timeframe.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or close the account, to the extent permitted by law, when there are reasonable indications that:
• the information provided is false or misleading;
• the account is used abusively, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms;
• the security of the Application or other users is put at risk.
Any such measures will be applied in accordance with the section regarding suspension/termination of access, without prejudice to the user's legal rights.
The use of the VladAI Application necessarily involves certain technical and functional operations without which the Services cannot be properly provided. Details regarding personal data processing are set out in the VladAI Privacy Policy. In summary:
To enable the creation, generation, saving, subsequent access, and management of itineraries, as well as the operation of the user account and associated Services, the Application needs to process and store certain data entered by the user and certain data generated as a result of using the Application, including created itineraries. Without such processing and storage, the operation of the Application and the provision of essential Services would be impossible or significantly impaired.
The Application may use automated systems, including artificial intelligence-based technologies, to generate responses, recommendations, and itineraries. Users are informed that they interact with an automated system, not a human operator, and that the results provided are indicative in nature and may depend on the information entered and the data available at the relevant time. Users should not enter sensitive information into the Application (for example passwords, banking details, medical data, or official identification data) and remain responsible for the content they choose to submit.
Certain functionalities of the Application rely on third-party services such as Mapbox, Firebase (Google), and OpenAI. These providers may process personal data or technical data to the extent necessary for the relevant functionality, in accordance with their own terms, privacy policies, and applicable contractual arrangements with the Operator. The Operator does not control how such providers process data on their own behalf.
Details regarding the categories of data processed, purposes, legal bases, storage periods, user rights, and protection measures are described in the VladAI Privacy Policy, which is considered an integral part of the relationship between the user and the Operator. In the event of any inconsistencies, the provisions of the Privacy Policy shall prevail with regard to personal data protection matters, to the extent permitted by law.
The user is solely responsible for any information, data, text, messages, preferences, requests, content, or other materials they enter, transmit, or make available through the VladAI Application (hereinafter collectively referred to as "User Content").
The user declares and warrants that:
• they hold all necessary rights to the User Content or have the legal right to provide it;
• the User Content does not infringe intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties;
• the User Content complies with applicable law and these Terms.
The use of the VladAI Application in any illegal, abusive, or unauthorized manner is strictly prohibited. The user agrees not to use the Application to:
1. enter, transmit, or make available any content that:
• infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
• is illegal, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, or inciting hatred or violence;
• violates the privacy or security of others;
• contains viruses, malware, malicious code, or other programs intended to affect the operation of the Application, devices, or networks.
2. send unauthorized commercial messages, unsolicited advertising, spam, pyramid schemes, unauthorized contests, or any form of impermissible solicitation;
3. impersonate another person or entity, or provide false information regarding identity or affiliation;
4. collect, extract, or attempt to obtain data about other users (including email addresses or contact information) by automated or manual means without authorization;
5. access, attempt to access, or obtain information, data, functionalities, or systems not intentionally made available through the Application;
6. interfere with the operation of the Application, servers, or associated networks, including by overloading, denial-of-service attacks, or similar actions;
7. bypass, disable, or attempt to circumvent security measures, technical limitations, or access restrictions imposed by the Application;
8. use automated tools such as bots, scraping, data mining, crawling, or other similar methods to collect or extract data;
9. use the Application or its content to develop, promote, or provide competing VladAI products or services without the written consent of the Operator;
10. violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Tech-Hub Horizon SRL reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and within the limits permitted by law, to:
• investigate any use of the Application that violates these Terms;
• remove or restrict access to User Content;
• suspend or terminate the user's account;
• restrict access to the Application (including IP blocking);
• notify competent authorities if the actions may constitute legal violations.
If a user's access to the Application is restricted or blocked, the user agrees not to attempt to bypass these measures through technical means (e.g., using VPNs, proxies, multiple accounts, or other similar methods).
The VladAI Application, as well as the elements that compose it or are made available through it, excluding User Content and third-party materials or services, including but not limited to:
• the design, interface, structure, and architecture of the Application;
• text, descriptions, informational content, graphics, logos, and visual elements created by or for the Operator;
• functionalities, user flows, application logic, and software components owned by or licensed to the Operator;
• source code and object code;
• the selection, coordination, and arrangement of content made available through the Application;
(hereinafter collectively referred to as "Application Content") are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws and belong to Tech-Hub Horizon SRL and/or its partners or licensors, as applicable.
Certain functionalities may rely on third-party technologies, models, maps, or data sources, which remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms.
Nothing in these Terms grants the user ownership rights over the Application Content.
Subject to compliance with these Terms, the user is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license, without the right to sublicense, to access and use the VladAI Application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the functionalities provided.
The user is strictly prohibited from:
• copying, modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works from the Application or Application Content;
• reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, selling, renting, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the Application or its Content;
• extracting, collecting, or using data, structure, results, or Application Content by automated means (scraping, crawling, data mining, etc.);
• attempting to access source code, perform reverse engineering, decompilation, or similar operations, to the extent not expressly permitted by law.
Nothing in this section prevents the user from accessing, saving, or sharing itineraries or other outputs generated for the user's own personal travel-planning purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable third-party rights.
Any use of the Application or Application Content outside the scope of this license is strictly prohibited.
The name VladAI, logos, branding elements, and any other marks or distinctive signs used in the Application are trademarks or registered trademarks owned by Tech-Hub Horizon SRL.
Use of these without the prior written consent of the Operator is strictly prohibited. Any goodwill arising from the use of the VladAI trademark belongs exclusively to its owner.
Tech-Hub Horizon SRL respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you believe that content available through the VladAI Application infringes your intellectual property rights, you may send a notice to vladairomania@gmail.com, including sufficient information to identify the content and the claimed right.
The Operator reserves the right to investigate notices received and take measures deemed necessary, including content removal, access restriction, or suspension of involved accounts, in accordance with the law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the VladAI Application and the Services provided through it are offered "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied warranties of any kind.
Tech-Hub Horizon SRL does not guarantee that:
• the Application will operate without interruption, errors, or delays;
• the information, recommendations, or generated itineraries will be complete, accurate, up-to-date, or suitable for any particular purpose;
• the Application will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, or versions thereof;
• any errors or deficiencies will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
The user acknowledges and agrees that the information, suggestions, and itineraries provided by VladAI:
• are indicative and informational;
• are generated based on user-provided data and information available at the time;
• do not constitute professional advice, warranties, or binding commitments.
The Application is intended to support trip planning, but final decisions regarding travel plans, schedules, budgets, bookings, or similar matters remain with the user. Users should verify essential or time-sensitive information before relying on recommendations generated through the Application.
The VladAI Application may integrate or display information provided by third parties (e.g., mapping services, locations, tourist attractions, restaurants, accommodations, hours of operation, rates, or other similar data).
Tech-Hub Horizon SRL is not responsible for:
• the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by third parties;
• modification, unavailability, or interruption of third-party services;
• any damages resulting from use or inability to use third-party services or information.
Where users interact directly with third-party providers or services, the relationship with those providers is governed by the providers' own terms and conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, Tech-Hub Horizon SRL shall not be liable for:
• errors, interruptions, delays, technical failures, or data loss caused by external factors, including but not limited to internet connection issues, user device failures, or third-party systems;
• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, business losses, or similar damages, even if the Operator was informed of the possibility of such damages.
Where liability may lawfully be limited, the total aggregate liability of Tech-Hub Horizon SRL, regardless of legal basis, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the use of the Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, if any.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit the rights of users as consumers, to the extent that applicable law prohibits such limitations or exclusions.
Tech-Hub Horizon SRL reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and to the extent permitted by law, to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate a user's access to the VladAI Application and/or to close the user account in any of the following situations:
• the user violates or there are reasonable indications that they have violated these Terms and Conditions;
• there are reasonable suspicions of fraud, abusive use, illegal activities, or unauthorized access to the Application or the account;
• the measure is necessary to protect the security of the Application, technical infrastructure, data, or other users;
• suspension or termination is required by law, a request of competent authorities, or to prevent legal risks.
Where reasonably possible and lawful, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the user of material suspension or termination measures and indicate the general reason for the measure. Nothing in this section limits any legal rights the user may have under applicable law.
In the event of suspension or termination of access:
• the user's right to access and use the Application immediately ceases;
• the user account and access to functionalities may be restricted or disabled;
• Tech-Hub Horizon SRL may delete or retain certain data associated with the account, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
Termination of access does not affect rights and obligations already accrued between the parties, nor the applicability of provisions intended to survive termination (including, but not limited to, limitations of liability, intellectual property, and applicable law).
The user may request at any time the termination of the Application usage and deletion of the user account, in accordance with the procedure described in the Privacy Policy. The request may be submitted via the Application's functionalities or by email to vladairomania@gmail.com.
Tech-Hub Horizon SRL reserves the right to modify, update, expand, restrict, suspend, or interrupt, in whole or in part, the VladAI Application functionalities and/or Services provided, temporarily or permanently, at any time, for reasons that may include but are not limited to:
• technical or operational considerations;
• security reasons;
• legislative or regulatory changes;
• commercial or strategic decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, Tech-Hub Horizon SRL does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of all Application functionalities and shall not be liable for any consequences resulting from modifications, suspension, or interruption thereof.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary to reflect:
• changes to the Services;
• legislative or regulatory changes;
• updates to our internal practices.
The updated version of the Terms will be published within the Application and will take effect from the publication date, unless a different effective date is expressly specified. If changes materially affect the user's rights or obligations, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice through appropriate means.
Continued use of the VladAI Application after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Application and may request account deletion in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any contractual or non-contractual relationship between the user and Tech-Hub Horizon SRL, are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Romania, respecting the mandatory provisions of European Union law.
Any dispute, claim, or demand arising out of or in connection with the use of the VladAI Application, the Services provided, or these Terms and Conditions shall, as far as possible, be resolved amicably.
If amicable resolution is not possible, the competent courts in Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any such disputes, except in cases where applicable consumer protection law grants the user the right to bring claims in the courts of their country of residence.
Nothing in this section affects the rights enjoyed by consumers under the mandatory laws applicable in the European Union.

We will make reasonable efforts to review and respond to inquiries within an appropriate timeframe, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes null, invalid, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, pursuant to a final decision of a competent court, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in effect and produce legal consequences.
Failure to exercise or delayed exercise of any right by Tech-Hub Horizon SRL under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or documents expressly referenced, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Tech-Hub Horizon SRL regarding the use of the VladAI Application and supersede any prior written or oral agreements relating to the same subject.
